The villa sleeps up to 22 guests (cots can be requested on request) and has 7 comfortable bedrooms, one of which contains 2 double beds, plus 4 bathrooms and one additional toilet. There is a presidential suite with a jacuzzi, toilet and shower, and a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Eilat. The living room is very spacious and there is a large dining area. The villa is located on Hazayit Street — the finest villa lane in Eilat — set on a 800 m² plot with 350 m² built. It has a fenced 85 m² pool with comfortable seating areas and sun loungers, an outdoor jacuzzi with a safety cover, plus a barbecue area with a water sink, a ping-pong table and a large outdoor dining area. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The villa provides bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, shampoo and soap.
