A one-bedroom apartment with a living room and a large courtyard. The apartment has a double bed plus a single bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large, beautiful courtyard with a seating area, an equipped kitchen and a private toilet and shower. The apartment suits 5 guests. It has cable TV (YES) in both the living room and the bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and an equipped kitchen — fridge, electric hob, microwave, cooking and dining utensils, kettle and a Nespresso machine with capsules. Blue-and-white parking beside the property (₪28 per day via the Pango/Cellopark app). The apartment is about 800 metres from the Mul Hayam mall, the main promenade and the beach. It matters to us that our guests enjoy a quiet, quality holiday, so we do not permit amplified music, karaoke sets or excessive noise.
